How this is worked out: we use the standard MET formula — calories = MET × 3.5 × bodyweight (kg) ÷ 200 × minutes — with MET values of 3.5 (light), 5.0 (moderate) and 8.0 (vigorous) for suspension / bodyweight resistance training. Real burn varies with muscle mass, fitness, rest taken and effort, so treat this as a guide, not a precise measurement.
